Training today.
It's time for me to workout and up my metabolism rate! :D
Warmups followed by interval running. I think it should be called something like this. It was okay, the weather was still bearable then. 3 sets then pairball.

Teamball. I swear the sun was soooo damn hot. Maybe we can even fry an egg in that temperature. Feeling that I'm gonna get my heat rash soon. At least I brought along my pills. :D
