Protein Digestion
trypsinogen --enterokinase--> trypsin
protein --trypsin--> polypeptides
polypeptides --erepsin--> amino acids

Fats digestion
Fats + bile --> emulsified fat droplets
(no such equation)
Fats --lipase--> fatty acids + glycerol
